Results & prescriptions
Please see your doctor for results; reception cannot provide these by phone. Strong painkillers are not prescribed to new patients.
Cancellations
A $20 fee may apply for a missed GP appointment or cancellation within 3 hours. Non-GP cancellations within 24 hours may incur 50% of the fee.
What to bring
Please bring your current Medicare card and any applicable concession or private health insurance card.

Cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms?
If you have a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose or mucus, muscle aches, diarrhoea, vomiting, or loss of taste or smell, please call before attending. A telehealth appointment may be recommended.
Patient and visitor conduct
Zero tolerance for aggressive behaviour
Aggressive, abusive or threatening behaviour—whether in person or over the phone—will not be tolerated.
Anyone behaving inappropriately may be asked to leave. Telephone calls may be ended, and further action may be taken where necessary.
